Over the years we have built strong relationships with authorized component distributors including Newark, Arrow, Mouser, Digi-Key, and many more, which has made it possible for us to procure your components at low prices. By purchasing from only authorized distributors you can be assured that the components we use for circuit board manufacturing are always of the best quality and reliability. We also allow our customers to procure their own components for us to use in production if they so desire.

There are a number of both visual and electrical inspections made throughout the design and electronics assembly process. We inspect for:

- Any flaws or defects in the product
- Solder quality
- Cleanliness
Testing
With the customer’s permission, every single circuit board gets tested before shipping. We take testing very seriously.
- Every PCB is tested for functional performance
- Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) is observed and used throughout the facility
- Circuit boards are then packed into ESD bags
